Bowling Grip and Approach

A strong grip sets the foundation. The conventional grip uses all fingers inside the holes, good for beginners. Fingertip grip, where only the tips of fingers go into the holes, allows for more spin. Your stance should be balanced, with your knees slightly bent. Approach steps are key—most bowlers take 4 to 5 measured steps. Practice drills that focus on smooth swings and consistent timing to develop repeatability.
